Maddie Des Jardins (Hungary) sent in these articles about Hungary's powerhouse swimmer. Maddie did a great job of describing the video and articles so I am going to temporarily pass the reigns to her.

"Here's a video [with the added bonus of her husband/coach's reactions because they're priceless]:

More about her relationship with her husband, in context of Rio [this one is more positive, showing that a lot of people actually really loved how much he supports her and how crazy he got when she won because he was so happy]:

Also notable was that the announcer credited her husband with the win, which a lot of people found to be sexist... He was just trying to say that she's improved considerably since he became her coach, but the way he said it had a lot of people (rightfully) upset:

There are now unfounded rumors about her taking steroids [this article was interesting and I like that it called out that American news will bring up doping when a foreign country wins and that it's very unfair]:

This is another article mentioning her win, but it also got into some drama [between China and Australia] in the pool in another match, which I found interesting:

Thanks for the commentary Maddie!

10 Bonus points to Maddie for the thorough coverage! Go Hungary!
