Maddie Des Jardins (Hungary) sent in this article about fencing:

“This article describes the matches, but what I found remarkable was just that I had NO idea what "epee" meant (obviously fencing, but I'd never heard it before?) and I looked it up and discovered that it means sword in French and comes from Épée de Combat, and it uses the heaviest of apparently 3 types of fencing swords. Who knew!? So... sharing for knowledge gained!):

Rio 2016 Olympics: Women's Fencing Competition

2 Bonus points to Maddie for this article! This is the beauty of the Olympics, always learning something new about the world!
